How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled? 

NIBBLE believes in sustainable printing and do not want to print more than is needed. Hence, instead of printing in bulk with stock on hand, we designate buying periods for our customers to purchase products. This allows us to know exactly how many of each product we need to print without having a surplus. Customers can expect to receive their products between 15 – 45 business days after the designated buying period has ended. This gives us enough time to ensure the highest quality for all our products.

My order has shipped out. How long will it take to get to me? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Local orders will take anywhere from 1 – 5 days.

How do I exchange/return an item? 

Unfortunately, our store cannot process exchanges or returns at this point in time. We are actively expanding our infrastructure to accommodate this for all our valued supporters. However, we acknowledge that products can be damaged before receiving it. We will approach these situations on a case by case basis. Do you ship internationally?

What’s in my order and where is it being sent to? 

You are emailed an order confirmation shortly after you submit your order. Please review the information contained in it immediately. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to addresses or fulfillment of orders that have been inaccurately filled out. Check your spam folder if you have not received your order confirmation within 30 minutes. 

Will you have new items available for purchase?

Yes, we are always looking to expand our range and include more unique designs in our store. We will inform everyone through Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram when new items are available.
