Lukhanyo hails from Cape Town, South Africa, and was educated at Stellenbosch University where he majored in Political Science, History, and isiXhosa.

During this time, he was also an English and History Tutor. This was when Lukhanyo found his love for writing and reading. He would go on to write blogs and end up doing SEO writing. He also completed a social media and marketing course with Udemy.

Lukhanyo’s love for gaming started at a very young age when gaming was a place of solace in one of the most notorious neighbourhoods, Khayelitsha in South Africa. At Nibble, Lukhanyo gets to combine his passion for gaming, writing, and human connection in his role as community manager.
